Tiffany &#038; Co. commissioned Perfect Cartel to design and execute a Thanksgiving press moment and dinner. Held at one of Mayfair’s most exclusive members clubs, the dinner brought together esteemed luxury journalists, high-title media and industry leaders from across the UK and internationally to celebrate the holiday season.
Perfect Cartel lead on end-to-end planning and design, with touch-points including a hand-calligraphed menu by Alice Gabb, elegant autumnal florals by Kitten Grayson and a sophisticated tablescape. Guests were welcomed with a Ruinart champagne and canapé reception, followed by a menu of classic Mediterranean flavours and locally-sourced British produce.
At the close of the event, guests were driven home in luxury, chauffered cars as part of our concierge service.
Guests in attendance included VP and MD of Tiffany &#038; Co., Alexandre Forta, Sarah Harris (British Vogue), Ben Cobb (Evening Standard), Kenya Hunt (Elle UK) and Sophie Goodwin ( The Times Luxxe / Cabana).

Supporting globally renowned diamond specialists, Graff, in celebrating the opening of their first salon in over ten years, marking this momentous occasion with a reception and intimate dinner in Southern California.
Our creative direction drew inspiration from Graff’s rich heritage &#8211; Mr Laurence Graff OBE is known as the King of Diamonds, and every detail was curated to mirror the core pillars of the House, offering an unparalleled experience for guests. The Perfect Cartel team is formed of architects, lighting designers, engineers and fabricators to prepare a public space into an exclusive dining experience. The transformation of the Bridge of Gardens provided a stunning backdrop for an unforgettable and unexpected moment.
The show-stopping, bespoke table crafted from limestone and hardwood was adorned with elegant white tulips, symbolising rebirth and the first sign of Spring in one’s garden. This was complemented with Graff green soft furnishings, crystal glassware, and custom gold accents that each reflected the brand&#8217;s visual identity. In addition to the table, Perfect Cartel also created delicate branded touchpoints such as the champagne bars, DJ booth, bespoke pins and cashmere shawls, ensuring a seamless brand experience. 
Renowned chef Yann Nuri curated the menu, featuring caviar, local ingredients and seasonal products, the 
menu was complemented by a selection of vintage champagnes, providing a culinary journey that delighted the senses.
The guest list included esteemed executives, CEO Francois Graff and Managing Director Elliot Graff, who 
joined Global High Jewellery Clients and close friends of the brand in celebrating this milestone moment.
The salon opening and celebratory dinner has been featured in several worldwide publications including WWD, the Robb Report, and Fashion Network.

Perfect Cartel designed the three-day in-bound global press, talent and VIP experience and programme for 80 guests and another for VIC’s (very important customers) across the EU markets for key Cartier clients.
Perfect Cartel also provided design and production services across the 10-day public facing activation for Cartier – print, logistics, fabrication and planning. In addition, Perfect Cartel worked across digital and design for Come Home Again, covering areas like the Digital Proof of Attendance (POAP)/downloadable artworks, the sub-domain website, OOH advertising and print and EPK’s (electronic press kits).

La Mer’s latest facial offering ‘Waves of Transformation’, uses sound therapy and massage techniques to provide guests with a luxury spa experience. To celebrate the launch, Perfect Cartel partnered with La Mer&#8217;s North American PR and Education teams to design and execute nine exclusive pop-up spa experiences from East to West Coast for high-profile content creators, top-tier clients, and key retail partners in Miami, New York and Orange County. 
Other locations included a luxury villa at Pelican Hill, Newport Beach California and Villa Celine in Coral Gables in Miami, designed by award-winning architect Hamed Rodriguez. La Mer branded touchpoints and organic integration of products both inside and outside the villa provided creative social media opportunities for invited content creators. The series also included cocktail parties and intimate dinners in each state.
The La Mer Spa experience tour continues to Dallas and Palo Alto in Autumn and on-going into Spring 2024.

Perfect Cartel partnered with Charlotte Tilbury on a brand-first moment to launch their inaugural Global Skincare Summit, Perfect Cartel designed and executed a 2-day high-impact, immersive event, transforming the 180 Health Club. Over the course of the event we welcomed over 160 global guests from 15 countries and some of the world&#8217;s biggest skinfluencers, journalists and retailers.
A total of 9 separate treatment rooms were created for guests to test and trial products and to experience Charlotte Tilbury’s express services. An exclusive dinner was held upstairs on the roof at Soho House 180 for guests to further spend time with Charlotte and her teams over a curated 3-course menu.

The past reminds the present of troubling inequality, conflicting upheaval and the circular struggles of society, as seen in the MITHRIDATE Autumn/Winter 2022 runway show by Demon Zhang at the Wapping Hydraulic Power Station in London.
This Autumn/Winter 2022 collection sartorially animates the stark class divide during this period where working classes laboured to develop new manufacturing processes and environments that seemingly benefited only the elite.
Across the two-day shoot and catwalk show, Perfect Cartel lead on show and shoot production, backstage management, and technical direction.

To kick-off NYFW, Perfect Cartel supported global athleisure brand Adanola in designing, building and executing a US-exclusive pop-up boutique and wellness space.
The four-day activation commenced with an invite-only cocktail reception where VIP guests, influencers and friends of the brand were able to get a first look at the stylish and timeless designs alongside the soundtrack of renowned New York DJ, Amrit Tietz.
The following days of the pop-up boutique welcomed consumers from across the city to explore the full Adanola collection, including pieces from the recently launched Adanola x Steph Shep collaboration. All items were shoppable through a seamless e-commerce experience in-store via digital tablets with brand ambassadors on hand to advise. While shopping, consumers were offered a complimentary skincare treatment from FaceGym, followed by barista-made coffee or matcha, each served in branded and recyclable Adanola cups. Guests were also gifted a bouquet of summer florals and a selection of Adanola merchandise, products and skincare on their departure. 
Perfect Cartel supported Adanola by designing bespoke touchpoints within the venue. The elegant set design, large-scale petrified reindeer moss installation and interactive branded photobooth promoted UGC to raise awareness of the brand to audiences across New York and further around the globe. These were complemented by soft furnishings throughout that each offered a spot for respite amidst the hustle and bustle of NYFW.

As part of High Jewellery Week 2023 in Florence, Italy and in celebration of the newly launched high jewellery collection, Le Voyage Recommencé, Cartier commissioned Perfect Cartel to design, produce and deliver handcrafted, printed collateral as part of a luxury gifting moment for their extremely important clients (EICs).
Using only the finest materials sourced from across Europe, Perfect Cartel provided expert art direction and created immaculate watercolour and gold embossed notecards, envelopes, agendas, folio boxes and menus. These were all received by Cartier EICs upon their arrival in the city, ensuring an elegant, seamless and invigorating welcome to Florence.

Throughout May 2023, Moroccan-Belgian photographer Mous Lamrabat launched a special photography project entitled “There’s No One Like Us,” in collaboration with WhatsApp.
Perfect Cartel supported Mous Lamrabat and WhatsApp on the experiential design, production and build of the 3-day public art exhibition and also provided OOH advertising, as well as the full concept and design for an exclusive launch dinner, including a hand-painted table, menu design and catering.
The exhibition achieved over 581 million media impressions and was featured in a number of renowned print and digital publications including Vogue, The Financial Times, WWD, The Evening Standard, and Creative Review. Over 2,000 guests visited the exhibition across the 3 days.

To welcome the new global face of Rimmel, Love Island’s Maya Jama, and to launch Lasting Finish 35 Hour Foundation, Rimmel commissioned Perfect Cartel to design, produce and execute a ubiquitously London-centric moment, with worldwide appeal. As Maya is a huge music fan and DJ herself, the Rimmel Summer Fest 2023 was created. 
This super-cool festival was housed at an inner-city warehouse space in East London, with bespoke industrial set design, product factices, festival lighting, and VM to showcase 34 shades of Lasting Finish to 150 influencers and beauty KOL from key European markets.
The full lineup included the Rimmel glam squad for full- face touchups and foundation shade matching, glitter and tooth gem stations, tarot card readers and iconic London touchpoints &#8211; a red phonebooth, bunting and flags. A Rimmel-red slushy bar and festival food trucks sat alongside a branded Rimmel black cab with a fish-eye lens content studio installed for priceless Maya moments. 
As the sun went down, the main stage and music ramped up, all set to custom LED motion graphics. Guests danced the night away alongside Maya Jama and Tom Daley to DJs Tiffany Calver and Billie Jean Blackett, followed by an exclusive one-off performance by Sinead Hartnett. Everyone left the party with a festival necessity cross-body bag filled with customised Rimmel product and plenty of UGC to share.

Marriott International Luxury Brands invited top-tier UK journalists to attend a Luxury Luncheon at Sucre Restaurant in London. The highly anticipated event marked the first in two-years, following a break during COVID.
Renowned set designer and paper artist Cintia Bertaccini captured 13 of the new properties and the cities of residence as part of the tablescape. Lit from inside by LED they were a beautiful way to bring the Collection to life and were gifted to press and executives. With sustainability a highlighted feature, all floral design was everlasting, with bespoke wreaths gifted to guests on departure.

To mark the launch of the upcoming television series ‘Fifteen-Love’, Perfect Cartel collaborated with Amazon and Prime Video to produce, build and activate an exclusive screening. Held at 180 Strand, the screening premiered the pilot episode of the series to the press and was followed by a panel discussion with the leading cast, writers and directors. 
Perfect Cartel managed all experiential design, executing this from concept creation through to completion. Food and beverages were hand-selected, including summer-themed delicacies and bespoke, branded gourmet popcorn for guests to enjoy during the screening.

Partnering for the third consecutive year on a high-impact launch moment for Fenty Beauty, Perfect Cartel designed and executed a standout 7-hour back-to-back press, influencer and consumer moment at the brand-new HERE at Outernet in central London. The event welcomed over 400 press and influencers who attended the first stage of the launch, and over 900 Fenty Beauty fans across a further three consecutive sessions, each being welcomed by a 4D motion tunnel upon arrival.

Luxury activewear brand Adanola collaborated with fitness and lifestyle influencer Steph Shep on their first North American activation ‘For The Health Of It’. 
Wellness, sport and lifestyle VIPs and content creators, friends of the brand and Steph’s own personal circle were invited to a content shoot, followed by a high-energy boxing class with renowned boxing coach, Johnny Hunt. 
Following the class, guests were invited to a post-workout recovery Erewhon breakfast and alongside the product, were gifted a selection of Adanola x Steph Shep merchandise including branded skipping ropes, glass water bottles and custom boxing straps. 
Perfect Cartel supported Adanola leading across strategy, design, fabrication and execution, ensuring authenticity and relevant brand and design moments throughout. Fusing iconic LA moments with the brands trademark minimalism to sit flawlessly with the 50’s working gym. 
Guests included fashion designer Aimee Song, Katy Degroot and renowned make-up artist Ash K Holm. 
The Adanola X Steph Shep collection sold out within an hour of its launch.

WhatsApp is a vessel for connection; a conduit for creatives shaping culture within diasporic communities around the world. WhatsApp harnessed this energy into 3 dinners with 3 cultural conversation leaders, located in 3 key geo-hubs. WhatsApp’s goal is to a physical form of connection and conversation within a group that mimics the intimate one-on-one of WhatsApp.
The London host, presenter AJ Odudu, is a culturally-connected thought leader and she curated a guestlist of her diaspora, encouraging conversation around timely issues and subjects.
The dinner was held at renowned West African restaurant, Stork, in Mayfair, London with a curated menu, tablescape and placement design. Perfect Cartel used Ghanaian and Nigerian suppliers and vendors for styling elements and floral embellishments.

Argo is a streaming platform for short films and documentaries, curated by global experts from the world’s best film schools, festivals and media platforms. Innovating curation and making streaming a sociable experience and building an ecosystem by connecting short film lovers with filmmakers, creating a global community.
Argo was the headline sponsor for Sundance London 2021 and Perfect Cartel worked across the visual identity across the festival, managed the members and VIP festival experience, programming management (including a series of ‘In Conversation’ with UK Filmmakers and Sundance Talent) and acted as liaison for the US team with all ground logistics, accommodation and general requests.

Nights exists as an extension of the brand&#8217;s core interest, which is to build a positive platform through the power of community, inclusivity and memorable experiences. Throughout the event, Axel Nights presented a curated programme of musicians and performances including Kojey Radical, P-Rallel and Saintè.

Magda Butrym collaborates with independent artisans from all over Poland, enriching the highest quality fabrics with hand-knitted pieces, plaited leather and hand-embroidered ornaments. 
Perfect Cartel worked with these same artisans to bring this pop-up to life at Harrods, from the crochet wool interior linings, the vibrant fibreglass feature walls and the rich carpets. A beautiful collaboration between the designer, creative director, and the Perfect Cartel team.

Working closely with the Kate Spade New York’s global team, the four-day consumer pop-up, was styled with the brand’s signature colour with tinsel-covered walls and black-and-white checkered floors, was built with a disco Christmas tree, a hidden mini dance room, a nostalgic candy store, a locker stashed with mystery prizes including vouchers, jewellery, and handbags, and a boozy vending machine. All accompanied by Billie Jean Blackett, DJ-ing all day to create the festive dance-floor atmosphere the collection was made for.

On the longest day of the year, Perfect Cartel curated the ultimate festival for beauty press, influencers and VIP’s, to celebrate 16 hours of Summer Solstice and Urban Decay’s iconic makeup preface setting spray.
Guests became part of ‘16 moments of summer’ and were immersed into a fun filled day and night of activities with plentiful photo opportunities. A Coachella-inspired ferris wheel, contemporary pool installations, Boho inspired floor dining experience, makeup and glitter stations and piercings by Astrid and Miyu provided a full afternoon &#038; evenings worth of beauty festival fun. As dusk arrived, the landscape came alive, with the stage illuminating for the evenings performance.

Perfect Cartel designed and managed a retail fit out for Magda Butrym at Selfridges, their first UK concession showcase. Showcasing Magda’s pre-fall collection. 
Working closely with the Selfridges team, the whole project was realised in less than 6 weeks, from design to build. Ensuring the use of sustainable materials, with a luxury finish was at the forefront of our minds for this project. Design elements included a shimmering crystal wall and vintage, crocheted furniture.

A London PR launch event for press and influencers to drive mega awareness and dominate Instagram, TikTok, YouTube channels with over 400+ posts across the event.
Activations included an external phone-booth takeover moment on the Southbank, in place for 24 hours, a colour matching beauty bar hosted by the Fenty Artistry team, large step and repeat and a high-tech lipstick case engraving station. A hexagonal Fenty cocktail fountain allowed guests to pour themselves refillable drinks – creating a Fenty monument alike that of famous fountains at Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. With music by Jyoty and views across the Thames, it was the first party back for Fenty Beauty post pandemic and was filled with #iconenergy.

An experiential press and VIP experience on the luxury Belmond Pullman Train. 25 of the UK’s top beauty editors and press met in Knightsbridge at the Hans Crescent event space, where the immersive experience 
began. 
Springing alive from the ground, the forest floor is evocative of the new ReWild fragrances. Moss, grasses and foliage were grouped around the space with products emerging on plinths throughout. After breakfast, Space NK porters accompanied guests to the Belmond Pullman where a 5-course lunch was served whilst travelling through the Kent countryside.

To support the upcoming Cartier Studio 7 exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery, Perfect Cartel gifted 100 Cartier talent, VIPs and press a unique invitation. Each mini birch crate created its own theatrical delivery moment, reminiscent of receiving fine art from an auction house.
At each guest’s nominated address, a white-gloved elite model courier hand-delivered the Cartier hardwood crate each containing an elegant piece of print collateral, resting on top of a Cartier branded Kodak Luma 350 Projector.

Perfect Cartel worked on the Global launch of Fenty Beauty By Rihanna’s Full Frontal Mascara at 100 Shoreditch.
A full day of live demonstrations for key press by the Head of Artistry Hector Espinal followed by a party in the evening. We designed a full stage backdrop for the live demo with counter stations for trial and plenty of content moments for guests and fans of the brand.

Bumble, the women-first social networking app, with over 75 million users, connects people across dating, friendship and professional networking. 
As part of their activation for Valentine’s Day, Perfect Cartel supported Bumble in hosting a series of special Chez Moi: Valentines Day Edition dinners across the UK.
Personalised astrology compatibility card games doubled as place names and a summer photo set. A seasonally perfect tablescape, inspired by a modern, welcoming home to put guests at ease on arrival. Soft, honey yellows on white, mixed in with natural textures, hexagonal shapes and lines and graphics synonymous with the iconic beehive. encouraged guests to share their moments across platforms. All complimented by light and dainty floral arrangements.

e.l.f SKIN came to London for the first time ever to celebrate efficacious skincare for all at a 3 day pop-up Spa, open for an exclusive press and influencer launch and followed by a bookable consumer experience where all guests received a personalised facial treatment.

An experiential showcase for the Fox International Networks Winter Slate, with a presentation from the Fox Networks Group Managing Director. Perfect Cartel’s brief was to introduce new titles with a real sense of intrigue and curiosity, to continue to build excitement and anticipation around new seasons of established programs and to seed key messages of Fox ownership of key titles that press may associate with other networks.
Greeted by devilish bellboys at the hotel reception desk, the event had a strong horror narrative, showcasing the titles throughout the winter of Walking Dead and Outcast. A cast of zombies and the stars of Family Guy joined us at Rogers Place for beer, bites and bowl food. The storytelling of the Outcast came to life via a live exorcism performance (complete with a contortionist), that guests would stumble upon by wandering the eery halls of the Hotel. Perfect Cartel worked on the end-to-end experiential concept and production, including character scripting and casting, creative and fabrication, technical production, the direction of a professional score for the Hotel hallways soundtrack and invitation/RSVP and guest list management.
Guests in attendance included top-tier UK entertainment media, critics, online and consumer titles including the Daily Mail, The Metro, Time Out, Hello Magazine, Grazia, TV Choice and Empire Magazine.

The launch of the Advent Calendar at 100 Shoreditch saw a dinner for 40 press, industry and talent, with Harpist Ruby Cedar playing contemporary classics during the drinks reception. The tablescape and product display centred around Ikebana-style floral installations, with coloured wire intertwining each of the pieces. Fluted plinths were also used to showcase products, alongside a life-sized 3D model of the calendar, which sold out within days of the launch.

Hosted by the stylish Social Zoo Director, Pernille Teisbaek, Perfect Cartel designed and produced a party to celebrate the arrival of their Pre-Spring 20 collection – a collection entirely by Bottega Veneta’s multi award winning creative director Daniel Lee, fresh from the British Fashion Awards where he swept the board. Entertainment was provided from Jon Jo Jury, positioned behind a bespoke DJ booth with branded neon signage.

A dinner and after party for 250 art buyers, friends of the Gallery and Artists and VIPS to celebrate Jake and Dinos Chapman’s new exhibition ‘Disasters of Everyday Life’ at the Welsh Chapel, coinciding with Frieze Art Fair. 
The dinner included display of California Uber-alles pieces and a 90s-style rave. Event design elements fused an decadent members club dinner setting with a wilder juxtaposition of rave culture and at a hidden basement after party until the early hours.
